A tragic turn of events has unfolded in San Diego, where Tatyana Remley, a California socialite, has reportedly taken her own life after a tumultuous series of personal and legal battles.
The 44-year-old was found dead outside a bar in San Diego on Thursday night, with authorities confirming the cause as a “gunshot wound to the head.”
The Final Moments Before Tragedy Struck
According to reports from the Daily Mail, Tatyana’s estranged husband, Mark Remley, spoke with her moments before her death.
The tech entrepreneur revealed that Tatyana had called him from the bar, expressing frustration about her new partner.
“She FaceTimed me while in the bathroom stall and told me, ‘I’m with this guy and he’s being a jerk,’” Mark Remley shared with the Daily Mail.
These were reportedly the last words she said to him before her life ended in what appears to be a tragic death by suicide.

She was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and possessing a firearm in public.
After pleading guilty, she served a year of a nearly four-year prison sentence.

After her prison release, Tatyana and Mark briefly reconciled and rekindled their romance, though things were far from smooth.
Mark reportedly recorded Tatyana admitting to setting fire to their Del Mar mansion years earlier.
This confession led to Tatyana's arrest on arson charges, and she was awaiting trial at the time of her death, per the New York Post.
Throughout these challenges, Tatyana denied any involvement in the arson incident, maintaining her innocence.
She also claimed that Mark had tried to falsely implicate her in the death of her friend Sharal, who was with her on the day the fire started.
Despite these legal woes, the couple reportedly continued their complex relationship, which had its ups and downs, even up until the day of Tatyana’s death.
